DELIVERY: At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and delivery time. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional fee via USPS or Local delivery. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order. CHANGE OF ADDRESS: There will be NO change of shipping address once an order is placed. This is to protect you, the customer. MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGES: Customers are responsible for contacting their local USPS office when a package is damaged or missing. Enchanted Sunrise LLC cannot be liable for missing or damaged packages once it leaves our location in the hands of USPS. Every shipment will have a tracking number that customers can track their shipments and use to contact their local USPS office with any issues. NO RETURNS: I do not accept returns or exchanges on orders due to the customized nature of the product. If the product is damaged upon receipt, please email me within 2 days of receipt of the item. After 2 days I do not accept fault for the damaged item. By completing your purchase, you are agreeing to the 'no return' policy. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are not accepted for any reasons.
